What we do with what you send us.
Short, because there is not much to say. We collect only what you type into a form, we use it only to reply to you, and we do not sell, share or advertise with it.
Who we are

What we collect
Only what you enter in the forms on this site: your name, position and company, email address, the topic you chose and anything you write in the message box. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies, and we do not collect anything from your visit if you don't submit a form.
Why, and on what basis
To read your note and reply to it with one page from a senior partner, and, if you ask us to, to continue the conversation. Under UK GDPR our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you made.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, which hosts this site, and are sent by email to the partner who reads them. Netlify processes data under its standard data processing agreement and the UK and EU transfer safeguards it provides. We keep submissions for as long as the conversation is live and delete them when it is not, or on request.
Who sees it
The two senior partners of the strategy practice. Nobody else, inside or outside the firm, and never a third party for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent at any time by writing to the address above. We will act within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handled it, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Fonts
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests two font files from Google when a page opens. No other third-party service is used.
